Webster Man Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash

WEBSTER, FL – An early morning single-vehicle crash on US-301 claimed the life of a Webster man, say officials.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 23-year-old man was driving a Ford F-150 at a high rate of speed northbound on US-301, when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree just north of Ranchette Blvd.

Officials say the driver suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
