ATV Shooter to Serve 65 Years for Attempted Murder

66-year-old Michael Regalski was found guilty during a trial last month for three counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder, Shooting at an Occupied Vehicle, and Tampering with Evidence. Earlier today, Judge Joel Fritton sentenced Regalski to 65 years in the Florida Department of Corrections. Even if Regalski only serves 85% of his sentence, he would be 121 years old when released.
