Two School Crossing Guards Injured in Hit and Run Crash

UPDATE: There is one additional crime scene related to the hit and run at Northcliffe Blvd and Deltona Blvd. That is the location of the vehicle at Carthage Road and Deltona Blvd.

SPRING HILL – There are unconfirmed reports that two school crossing guards have been struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Deltona Blvd and Northcliffe Blvd.

Sources say both victims have been transported to a trauma center for treatment, where their conditions are unknown at this time. A third victim refused transport.

The suspect, who sources say is now in custody, is described as a white male, 30-40 years old, and was driving a white or beige Ford Fusion.
