    BROOKSVILLE - The suspect in Wednesday's 8-hour standoff on Maripoe Road has been formally charged. 50-year-old James Buford Hines is charged with 2-counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, First Degree Arson, Making Threats, and Public Order Crimes.
